Information about orders and delivery
WE DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY
Order process:
Most orders are processed within 24-48 hours after settlement (excluding Romanian weekends and holidays ). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed next working day.
Orders are processed and shipped from Monday to Friday (excluding Romanian holidays).
Follow the order:
For the status of your order, please go to your personal "My Account". You will find information about your current orders and tracking numbers for your packages, if any.
If you do not receive your order within the time specified in paragraph Delivery, please contact us by email at office[at]polishinail.com.
Then, we will help you to do a preliminary search. Once the expedition confirmed by the Romanian postal service, you can contact your local post office to get more information on your package.
Remember to include your order number in all correspondence.
Due payment date exceeded:
Unpaid orders will be canceled automatically after 48H. Once this period of 48H overpassed, the status of your order, in your personal account, will show "cancelled". Orders canceled for lack of payment can not be processed, and the exchange rate applied when your order has been done is not valid anymore.
The total amount of any future orders will be calculated at the rate of exchange prevailing on the date of this new order.
Order Cancellation
It happens occasionally that, all or part of an order is canceled and refunded, for those reasons:
If your order is canceled, the status of your order in your personal space will be mentioned as "Cancelled." In case of cancellation of all or part of an order, you will be billed only for items sent to you.
Fees of 2 € will be charged for partial or total repayment of order paid by Paypal.
Transport of your order
The shipping method is registred with tracking number performed by Posta Romana (Romanian Post) for Europe. For the rest of the world, shipments will be made done registered mail with confirmation of receipt and tracking number.
You also have the option of express delivery, provided by GLS (only for France)
As soon as your order is sent, we will provide you with a link that allows you to track online, the delivery of your package.
Shipping charges include packaging, handling and postage. They can contain a fixed and a variable depending on the weight of your order. We advise you to group your items in one order. We can not group two distinct orders and you must pay the shipping costs for each. Particular care is taken to protect fragile parcels.
Postal fees
Shipping cost is based on the weight of the goods. Prices are in EUR, VAT incl. To each item added to your shopping cart, the price of shipping is displayed and updates itself once you have created your account or that you are logged into your account (which will determine your delivery address)

From 101 gr to 250 gr: 4.20 € (package may contain 4 varnishes or € 1.05 postal fees per varnish)
From 251 gr to 500 gr: 6.40 € (package can contain 8/9 varnishes or about € 0.73 postal fees per varnish)
From 501 gr to 1000 gr: 10.50 € (package can contain 17/18 varnish or about € 0.60 postal fees per varnish))
From 1001 to 2000 gr gr: 16,50 € (package 35 may contain varnish or about € 0.46 postal fees per varnish)

Shipping to PO boxes
To fight against fraudulent transactions, we do not ship our products to PO boxes. Thank you to provide a complete delivery address during the checkout process.
Damaged Items
Upon receipt of your package, please check carefully that the content has not been damaged in transit. If this was the case, thank you to contact us immediately via the contact form and tell us your order number. To help resolve the matter, we strongly recommend you to send us pictures of damaged items and packaging damaged (if applicable).
